will find data compiled from IRES InfoSparks Market Reports–both for detached
and attached residential sales in Fort Collins–and a few new listings from the
month worth checking out.
Detached Homes Report
What a busy month in Fort Collins! Not only did we a jump in the number of homes listed (327 compared to 279 in the previous month), the average days on the market has gone down, and the average sale price has gone up almost 8% compared to the same time last year!
Attached Homes Report
Similarly to detached home sales in Fort Collins attached home sales (such as condos, duplexes, townhomes, and apartment) did well in July. Although we saw a drop in new homes listed (106 in the previous month down to 99 in July), this lack of inventory has continued to drive strong demand from buyers.
