Detached Homes Report
While we still are feeling the lingering effects of the health crisis, the subsequent lifting of many restrictions has the market finally making a comeback. Overall, we're continuing to see strong demand for inventory (this month's inventory only increased by 17 compared to last month), while sellers continue to enjoy increase value from their homes (up 6.8% compared to last year.) We expect to see a burst of sales throughout June and the rest of summer as many the typical spring boom was delayed.
Attached Homes Report
Similarly, attached homes listed in Fort Collins are in high demand. We see a rise in the average sales price (up from last month's $322,449 and a whopping 8.2% from last year.) If you've been considering buying, now might be the time to act fast as the inventory has increased.
